Skinny people can be ugly. It doesn't follow that a person can be abnormally fat and attractive. There comes a point where people don't look past the weight. I'm thinking the line is where the fat shows up on the face. I know there are a lot of people who aren't so tolerant. Sometimes it is said about a large woman "It is a shame since she has a pretty face"...You might have to settle for complements along those lines until you actually lose weight.

If you lost weight, you would have good features, because you seem to have a good mandible, however I advise you to avoid taking pictures of yourself too close, because it distorts the proportions of the face (all the natural asymmetry is amplified and the proportions are not realistic, the face seems thinner, the nose bigger, etc.)

You should also talk less about "your beauty" ad nauseam, because for a woman it makes you too "metrosexual" and weird.

Self-care isn't the problem, but talking too much about your beauty (whether it's true or not) is unhealthy.
