2nd Question: Do you agree that, had not been the french invasion in the XIX century, Germany would never exist as a united country? Bonaparte managed to beat not only the Holy German Empire, but also the Prussian Kingdom. Was at this point that the modern german nationalism came up to life?

3rd and last Question: Of all territories Germany lost after the two World Wars, which one you miss the most? All Pomerania used to be ruled by germans; Silesia on nowadays is split between Poland and Czechia; it seems that Germany also lost some land to Denmark and Belgium. Which loss does hurt you the most?

Terminologically coming from the starting point that ethnic Germans are Germans, East Germans as ethnic Germans and thus Germans can not be a mix of Germans and something else.

But you can say that they are a mix of so called Old Germans (from pre Ostsiedlung) and local Slavs and to a small degree also Balts (tribal Prussians etc.).

Honecker was a simple roofer from the Saarland. The communist era is not much missed except for by a few individuals that were in privileged positions at that time.

I don't agree. Germany existed as the HRE till 1806 and then again from 1815 onwards till 1866 as the HRE successor Deutscher Bund (German Confederation): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_Confederation
In fact there in 1000 years were just small gaps from 1806 - 1815 and 1866 - 1871.
Napoleon I contribuited notably to the German national consciousness.

Equally all areas of Germany from here that are today occupied by Czechs, Poles and Russians:



As for areas lost to Denmark and Belgium after WWI I can state that the resulting German-Danish border is just and flawless but that the territory handed over to Belgium should be returned to Germany as it's fully German settled.

Slavs took part in ethnogenesis of Germans. What is not clear to you? German doesn't equal Germanic.
In east Germans case it is not recent Polish or Czech ancestry, but medieval Wendish one.
