He did considered them mongrels, i think in mein kampf i came a across a chapter where he said that latin americans are mongrelised and usa is not thats why usa is richer. BUT he would not have invaded latin america or killed anyone there, why would he kill the indigenous from their indigenous continent? He also didnt killed blacks, nor would have killed them, i think he did wanted them to live in africa though.

What did Hitler think of Latin Americans?
Hitler appreciated the anti-American sentiment of the Latin Americans. “In their heart of hearts the Latin Americans loathe the Yankees”, he mused in the TABLE TALK. The one country in Latin America that he focused on was Brazil. The vast natural resources of that country, combined with a large German descended population, could potentially provide Germany with an important ally during the war. Unfortunately for him, Brazil since 1930 had been ruled by a quasi-fascist but pro-American dictator, Getulio Vargas, who knew Brazil could gain more leverage by playing the USA and Nazi Germany against each other. Once the US declared war on Germany Brazil did likewise.
