Nah, he has a pretty pronounced brow ridge, it's mostly a tronder trait rather then "proto nordid" one, he doesn't just have brow ridges akin to any of the phenotype you have listed, this guy has hooded brow ridge type

I am assuming he is Pashtun who are historically Afghans, so he is not a proper Pakistani.
We don't even know who this guy was. Maybe his mother is European or he might have been a CIA agent working in the area with the locals.
Or he might be of some other immigrant origin to the area like Hazara or Central Asian Uzbek or some odd mixture. Look at his eyes and nose.
