Either way, you can still tell clearly which one is European and which one Middle Eastern. (Yes I know that both are broad categories, especially the latter, but even so).

Metrically not hugely different, Ayatollah is shorter headed but otherwise is basically not very different.

Is that supposed to be Ayatollah Khomeini above or am I missing something in your post? The man posted above is obviously not Ayatollah Khomeini. The man posted above is also dressed like a westerner and has obviously lighter pigmentation than Ayatollah Khomeini and doesn't look like him.
