Do middle Eastern with small nose and light skin look white?

I was checking some plastic surgery column. For example east Asian looked east Asian after nose and eye job. But i was surprised after seeing light skinned Iranian. Literally even single one after nose job look white. I mean my own Egyptian friend had light skin and small nose. She looked white to me. I am sure she won't have if she had dark skin or big nose.

Idk ��*♀️! I’ve seen many Middle Eastern look white but they consider themselves Arab or Persian or Turk they r so proud of their ethnicity. Me myself many Europeans in my university thought I’m European. But also Persians guessing me Persian.
even the most Nordic looking in ME they’re proud of their ethnicity.
Don’t forget Afghanistan and many pashtun they also have European looking among them too.
Leave Europe for the Europeans.
