Not really... I think it is just the coloration and hair, even that not even. Unironically in my unprofessional opinion the guy I posted is not that abnormal, I think he has an odd undertone but he's not outlandish or anything. Apparently he is Austrian + 1/16 Czech.

I think there is a slight resemblance. Anyway, why make such a big deal of him being dark and supposedly South Asian looking, when you think he is not that odd. There are other Germans with his coloration like Matt Hummels or the late Austrian-Swiss actor Maximilian Schell.

Oh yeah the blond Afghan guy. Well I suppose there are a small number of them. But are Afghans really South Asian? They are Iranian speakers and I think their country is considered crossroads of Central and South Asia. I think it is more like Tajikistan than even Pakistan, though part of Pakistan is Pastun. They are lighter than South Asians for sure. More of them can pass in parts of Europe or Turkey, Caucasus etc than South Asians can too.

No we , majority of us identify with being central Asian ( specifically non Turkic central Asians). The ones that don't either identify as west Asian ( due to Iranic culture , islam, phenotype ) or south Asian ( the ones who are refugees born in Pakistan). However most identify with central Asian.

Does anyone think this Romanian actor looks gypsy? The German guy clearly isn't gypsy. He has clear Euro features. I find this Romanian exotic, though they have many exotic and dark types.
