CARROTS IN CIDER

per person;
1-2 carrots
1 glass cider
1 tablespoon honey
parsley

matchstick the carrots, and fry gently for 3 mins then add the other ingredients bar the parsley and boil until the carrots are sticky then add parsley and serve.
