Really dolichocephalic Atlanto-Mediterrid with strong Keltic Nordid admixture such as very sloping forehead, little chin, short gonial angles and a prominent, convex nose.

Probably. During Roman times the Western end of the Pyrenees, which is now the Basquest place, was Gallic (forming a Western corridor between both sides off the Pyrenees).
Anyway, Basques don't look much more different to me than your typical Gascon. Except Spanish Basques, who look like Spaniards.
But there's one thing that will always give away a "true Basque" : the earlobes.
