I do it a lot!
I did it few days ago, before new year the city center was full of kiosks most of the gypsies were selling stuff and CDs so the volume of the turbo folk music from the kiosks was very high and it was really a mess. Since the police and inspectors didnt give a fuck bcs they were busy with celebrating too, I said to my friend that we have to stop it, anyway I was serious so we went in the few of the first kiosks and I told them that I was an inspector and this is against the law(and it really is) so if they dont turn the volume down, I have to confiscate all the CDs, after few min, all that crazy fuck was over and the city center was back in the normality,it was really funny though
