I have already explained thousand times that I'm not an Alevi. I'm an religiously unaffilated Turk with Sunni Muslim family background. Both of my parents are Turks and the ancestors of my grandmothers mother's side were even nomadic Yoruk Turks. I sympathize with the humanistic views of Alevis but that's another topic. Sunni Muslim are just as mongrelized than Alevis. Anatolid and Armenoid is the most common phenotype of Sunni Turks. I was in Turkey last summer so I know what I'm talking about. Alevis show Iranid influence but also clearly Turanid influence.

One can meet everyday with bunch "I wish I was Sunni Turk" Alevis.
It always starts the same way: I'm Sunni, but...

Alevis have always been religiously unaffiliated. If the fact that play saz is considered religion, then disco Dj's would also pretend to the same status as Jewish Rabbis.

Well Inönü was an ass thats why and even today we arent accepted we must "show" evidance that we really were members of the ottoman empire which is next to impossible because we arent part of the ottoman empire since kars fell against the russians

Albanian threads???? This is an ottoman thread, which means a mongrel culture that doesn't belong to anyone, so no one has the right to delete my apreciation for this asiatic civilization.
