Genetically and phenotypically they are closer to Levantines. Culturally, closer to Europe.

if Cypriots are European than so are Turks... I see Turks more European than Cypriots... but Cypriots are Greek and Turks... religion shouldn't play a part in this. but Turkey is more closer to Europe and more in Europe than Cyprus.

Yes, genetics is just one of the many factors that define Europe. Even then, they're not that far anyway.
