Reducing meat consumption is important, but going vegan may not solve all our problems...

There’s been a rumour that the grains on which vegan and vegetarian diets are based have a higher footprint than raising livestock, aka the “grain drain”. It’s a myth. While some crops have a shocking eco profile (soy, for example, grown in deforested monocultures), in 2005 one-third of the world’s cereal harvest went to feed livestock.

    No its not.

With a Hunter Gatherer diet your whole system and bones will be healthier. Its not any more expensive than a veggie diet.

-Your teeth will be strong and you will get fewer cavities.
-You will be able to take much more serious hits or falls in order to have your bones damaged or broken.
-You will be physically stronger than veggies and you will grow bigger.
-If you are a guy,you will develop a much more masculine appearance than someone who chows salad.

    What you need to eat:

    -Animal protein(Wild meats,domestic meats,bird meats,all sorts of meats basically.)
-Nuts,every kind you find in your local store, just get a bag and fill it with all the kinds is the best way to go.
-Fruits and vegetables, berries, mushrooms, everything that grows in the wild basically.
    -Fish.
    -Eggs

    What you need to avoid:

    -Bread
    -Grains,Wheats of any kind.
-Things that have a lot of yeast in them.
    -Alcohol
    -Pop drinks(like Cola,Pepsi)

Why do we need to avoid eating bread, grains, wheats and things that have yeast in them?

I think it's unnatural for the omnivorous human mammal to try to be a vegan.

We kill something living everyday in order to survive, whether it's eating plant foods, killing millions of living dust mites and bacteria when we clean our homes, killing colonies of bugs if people get sick, for purposes of self-defence, self-preservation, food and survival. If humans had an infestation of living bed bugs, headlice, cockroaches, mice, rats, or a bug infestation... would they really say, 'we can't commit genocide and kill them all as it's inhumane and unethical to do so'?!

Everything in nature survives at the expense of something else and there's no humanity in the natural world. C'est la vie! It's just the cruel reality and the design of nature that everything feeds off something else in order to survive, and this is the natural lores of Darwinism and LaVeyanism regarding the survival of the fittest species in the animal kingdom and nature.

I am against livestock being tortured and mistreated and suffering with a prolonged death prior to culling though. In the natural world (and humans are warm-blooded mammals too,) most animals and insects, marine life, etc, will hunt very skillfully and make a quick and neat kill on their prey whilst hunting. They prey on the weaker species for food which preserves the strong in nature and helps the eco-system, like this short video clip below demonstrates how wolves will hunt out the weak, and the stronger species are the ones which survive in nature.

How can nature survive if we change the iron-lores of nature? Our ancestors were hunter-gatherers and humans still have incisor teeth. Japanese humans often have long life spans and they eat a lot of seafood in their diet.

Very simple - those things have a lot of gluten in them, and gluten is very unhealthy for many things in the body, such as the bones, the blood circulation(therefore the heart),the muscles, and even the brain.

You should read articles about the effects of too much gluten in the human body.

Evolutionally, human is both hunter and gatherer. This is our natural way to survive in the wild. Farming is a product of civilization, not a matter of natural selection. My ideas of what is healthy food are - "If it is made by human, don't eat it." There are few natural ready for eat sources of food - flesh, plants and maybe milk. Everything that needs to be processed is not natural human food. Like grains, for example.

Being vegan in unnatural. I see many people going vegan and then quitting because of health issues.
