yes so indians arent the smartest

I said IQ is not a proper measurement... Intelligence varies across humans..Smart and dumb ones come in all races. Average/median smartness of particular race/ethnicity could be better than other.

I've seen Indians dominating in studies in my class as well as in education related statistics in the US, but they are on the bottom in Sports.
Indian in their native land lack many basic skills cuz of poor educational infrastructure in India.

But Pakis are dumber than Negros?

Due to being inbreds (relatives marrying for generations). This is why pakis and bangladeshis are 10 points behind Indians (Hindus).

Results are very realistic IMO. The results would predict culture > genetics. Genetics might still play a role though. I know of a black adoptee raised among whites who's as dumb as a backdoor. Sure I know of such white people too who are that dumb you cannot grasp their lack of cognitive problem solving.
However, it's something that seem more predictable for a black person as you see too often such people of that race being dumb-asses (without trying to hurt anyone's feelings as there are smart black people, like blklady2013).

Actually, it has been known for a long time that Pakistanis and Bangladeshis (though NOT Indians) tend to have even lower levels of achievement than do Blacks. This has more to do with class than ethnicity - the Pakistani and Bangladeshi migrations were mostly from VERY VERY poor rural areas, while a lot of 'Indians' are actually middle-class East African Asians and their descendants.

There was another more detailed source I remember coming across but Pakistanis and Bangladeshis do tend to underachieve in the UK. Bangladeshis have been improving a lot though in recent times and have overtaken Pakistanis.

Why do you think that is, though? I think it's a little too convenient to just write it off as them being from the better off part of India.

^Seems to imply that there is genetic I.Q., based off of frequency of alleles that are correlated with higher intelligence. Gujaratis are about the same level as Italians. Other South Asian groups are somewhat different.
