Unfortunately, politics are made over the heads of the population. If I were the president, no Arab or Kurd would live in Turkey.

At least, Turkey is providing strategic assistance in Al-Bab so that the Arabs can return to their homes.

Unfortunately Syrian Army is bunch of clowns, they either do not want to fight or can not fight without external "help".

Syrian army forces in Palmyra are mostly untrained mens and boys, when main parts of SAA (espesially Tiger Brigade) are in Aleppo.
Anyway, most of fighters in this war (from all sides) are untrained.
