Third worlders stick with other third worlders
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Eph. 6:12
Definition of untrustworthy and loose character are those that don't believe in God.

Its because there is geographical continuation betweeen Turks and Albanians which make Albanians are our neighbors (thru West Thrace and Macedonia Turks) however Turkmens are cut from Turks by the Caspian sea. Tho what you say can also be discussed for mainland Albania especially.

Bosnian Muslims are closer to Turks than Albanians. Some even go overboard in declaring themselves descendants of Turks/Turkish. In part this may be that their religion is what seperate their identity from other Balkan Slavs like Serbs and Croats. This makes them emphasize this more than Albanians do on average. But even so there are (a small minority) Albanians who identify as Turks and speak Turkish.
Most people who were under Ottoman rule have some connection to Turks after all those centuries whether they like it or not. And this day is continually reinforced in modern times by heavy Investments made by Turks in the region.
