Why are cats in Ukraine and South Slav countries so aggressive?

Whenever I see videos of cats in Ukraine and south Slav countries attacking people, of which there are many, I am amazed by how ferocious they are. It is as if cats have no respect or fear of human beings, in these countries. Actually, it is human beings who are afraid of cats. Why is this? Is it because the Ukranians and the South Slavs have to compete with the cats for the same food resources?

When I visited my boyfriend's family in Ukraine, I met his childhood pet cat.

This cat is an asshole, he would glare at me if I looked at him, and bit me every time I tried to pet him. I told him he was a good cat and he responded by hissing at me.

When I rented an apartment from a Polish landlady, there was this female Calico with a bell collar that used to wait for me every morning as I walked to work. She would 'track' me from about 50 yards. When I went to grab McDonalds coffee, she would wait outside the entrance, only to pursue me again in a 'tracking' manner from about 50-75 yards but within clear sight.

The Polish landlady's name was Agnes and she had some freaky teenage daughters.

Cuz they're farm cats most likely. A cat on the farm is very different than a house cat. They wander around and get into fights with friggin' raccoons and other wild animals.

In the second video the reason was the kid was fucking with the cat. He was being too rough. When the cat saw his chance he pounced on that punk ass biotch.

They are fed by locals on regular basis, so they have no fears of humans and even from dogs. Cats enjoy comfortable life here, especially in coastal cities
