Please take this seriously. The stakes are high!
If your husband is R1, it does not reflect on his character, only his ancestors. In known human history (not counting esoteric history/history kept secret, pre-sumeria, atlantis, lumeria, etc) , R1 have been primitive Barbarians. The R1 people were the IndoEuropeans who were a warrior culture but had no urbanized settlements like Neolithic Civilizations did, they were civilized/advanced through trade and contact with Neolithic Caucasoids some groups hevily mixed with the Neolithic Caucasoids (like the original White Vedic/Iranian people mixing with Brown Caucasian BMAC Culture before the Iranians/Vedics fell into contact and Vedic people fled and invaded India)

The IndoEurpoean R1 men often fought each other based upon tribal divisions, even within the same Cultural group. The most advanced civilizations of Ancient times were not started by R1 men, even if you attribute Ancient Rome to the mostly R1b Itallic Latin people, the Southern Europeans have the most Neolithic ancestry and Greeks (the originators of western civilziation in Europe) had more than the North/Central Italians did.

They learned urbanization and how to actually build a civilization and cities from Neolithic Caucasoids, aka Haplogroup J, G and E1b1b men.

Nope. An ageing population is the reason why. People are living longer due to advances in medical technology and there are more 80+ people than before.

Well, that is not true. The Kurgan people/Scythians were highly civilized. There is a common misconception that they were brutes, but it's not true.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scythians

^^ Just an example of their extremely delicate artwork. They were extremely rich in gold and other possessions.

They were largely nomads, but also:

"Recent digs[citation needed] (see:Gelonus) in a village Bilsk near Poltava (Ukraine) have uncovered a "vast city", with the largest area of any city in the world at that time (Bilsk settlement). It has been tentatively identified by a team of archaeologists led by Boris Shramko as the site of Gelonus, the purported capital of Scythia. The city's commanding ramparts and vast area of 40 square kilometers exceed even the outlandish size reported by Herodotus. Its location at the northern edge of the Ukrainian steppe would have allowed strategic control of the north-south trade-route. Judging by the finds dated to the 5th and 4th centuries BC, craft workshops and Greek pottery abounded."

There's much we don't know about their ancient past, and much yet to be discovered.
