Two votes for pandas!
I was thinking about the teeth too. They have to eat so much to make up for the meat they're not consuming, which is what they're designed to do.
What kind of pathetic fuckery is that. It reminds me of paying an adult to eat all your food, dirty up your house, run up your electric bill playing video games all day and night, then sleep. It wouldn't be considered healthy for a human to do it, so why would panda get a pass?

ok, I give you the point here.
I think the title of the thread is misleading. I think people here is talking about the most useless animal, not the most pathetic.
Rats live among the shit, surrounded by garbage, in sewers, underground... I find it quite pathetic, really.

I would say birds can be annoying pests sometimes. Defecate anywhere and everywhere it flies regardless whats under them; chirp continuously throughout the morning, etc.
“The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far. The sciences, each straining in its own direction, have hitherto harmed us little; but some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.”
- H.P. Lovecraft
