You do not need to defend this family because they were arabs. I do not think any true muslim arabic woman would discuss with a man, shows him under her shoes. When? Antioch was a Greek speaking Levantine city for the Christians, and it wasn't part of Turkey until Ataturk took the city and Hatay from Syria. Either let the native Arab populace vote to be part of Turkey or you people gonna have problems with them.
