Satan/demons can be responsible for sowing feelings of extreme anger, rage and impulsiveness. Slow drivers can be frustrating, and it's usually in such situations where he finds a window for temptation. In fact, a lot of negative thinking can be attributed to demons. Some of it is explained in this video:



The important thing is how one acts on those feelings. Paul advises not to give Satan an opportunity to tempt us by clinging to anger and rage:

"Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil. (...) Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice." (Ephesians 4:26-32)

God also promises to never let any temptation come to us that is beyond our capacity to withstand:

"No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." (1 Cor. 10:13)

I wouldn't think too much of it if my SO said something like this. It could have been a joke or a hyperbole, to illustrate an example.
