Montenegrins declared own nation, and they have idependent state since 2006.
In Montenegro there was 95% Serbs 100 years ago. Today there is only 29% Serbs and 37% serbophones in Montenegro.
If Montenegrins have own state, nation and language (fake, but they declared Mt.nigga language), than I don't see any reason to considered them for Serbs.
Montenegrins are like Cypriots. First one are Serbs and second one one are Greeks when they are in trouble. When trouble ended they are not Serbs and Greeks anymore.
