I imagine Turks to have black hair and fair skin or olive skin and to have brown eyes. Turks themselfes in austria differentiate themselfes by their black hair and they say "turks have black hair". Maybe thats more common for eastern turkey though but thats the most distinct/differentiable turkish look to me. I dont imagine them to look like europeans except like cypriots, island greeks or southern italians and some balkanites. But not north of the alps.

This guy in the photo is a Gypsy. He was only being ironic. There is no Turk with such look.
