The only sex I'm having over there is with my own fiancee. Those bad neighbourhoods in Manila is just pure shortcuts for the taxi ride but you do see it in hotels at times (young girl - clearly not with much of an educational background and likely a provinciano with some dirty old geezer) and I notice that both other Westerners, other Asian tourists and the Filipinos themselves tend to sit a few tables away from them. Of course: cities like Angeles and areas like Subic are to be avoided like the plague like they've become.
