She is from Messina which was one of the last Greek speaking places on the island. From the results I've seen genetically they shift toward Cyprus rather than Greece, but I am sure in some areas there might be elevated Greek proper admixture which could explain her look also. I went to school with a girl from Ioannina who looked like this.
