being naive but generous is something that shouldnt be misused by anyone, but infact its a weak trait and will be used against anybody who is like that.

The link has me rethinking my psychopathy score and what this personally means to me. I actually do get calmer when shit hits the fan, like deathly calm, and can function better than most people, but I think this is part of my background due to childhood experiences.

Psychopathy also seems to have no empathy/conscience. I think mothers also develop this instinct for their children. It’s a natural coping mechanism up to a point.

I think Machiavellianism is reserved for interpersonal relationships, as opposed to anyone generally. So meaning a high score Machiavellianism score might indicate a willingness and ability to prioritize people you are close to in terms of self interest and improving social standing.

No self intrest or any other thought of advantage out of family or friends.

I get what you’re saying. Do you think that distinction affects the score significantly, or is this part of having a decent psychopathy score?

Our psychopathy scores were the same, but I had 8% Machiavellianism.

These are the people that can get you things done, or give you some great advice for difficult situation, given that they find you to their liking.

This isn't a good test, questions are too straightforward, a person who is really high on dark triad traits will not answer honestly. In tests for political views (right/left wing) - like the one posted recently by Richmondbread - they ask you about things like "do you like rucola?", lol.
