Meanwhile I am trying to gain (with miserable effects) so far.
I've been chubby since early childhood and now I am trying to lose some weight because I don't even remember what it feels like to have normal weight
If you want to gain some weight here are my advices:
1. Refrain from practicing sport (just try to sit as much as possible)
2. Eat a lot especially in the evening + drink some beers regularly
