Not really. Kurdish as a North West Iranian (Aryan) language is from the Medes with some Scythian influences.
Pathians were mostly Medes at the first place. The Medes predate Parthians and gave rise to them. The Medes who migrated into Balochistan and South Central Asia mixed a little bit with the Parni/Saka groups there and this is how Parthians came into the existence
Like the Medes and Kurds, Parthians also spoke a North West Iranic (Aryan) language

Kurmanji are actually directly evolved from the Medes. Since Kurmanji were mostly of Mithra/Ezdi religion. While Parthians were Zoroastrians.

This is a real Aryan Parthian warrior. Looks very Aryan (Iranic) to me. I think he is similar to the modern Kurds and is of an Aryan Zagrosian subtype
