i have found that, people who were bullies, from my childhood, despite of academic ability at school, have almost always achieved financial success as adults.
most have become senior managers, directors, execs

i think the dark triad personality traits (narcissism, machiavellianism, and psychopathy) which, in childhood seem to manifest as bullying, enable many of these people to climb the workplace ladder v successfully

Genuine bullying is bad. But calling for arrests “because bullying” is dangerous reasoning. Who defines who is a bully?

Woman's preference in males is modiefied a lot the envierement. In discos, school classes or ghettos assertive and aggressive men have the first word, becouse there are not any big factors that can make them be worser choice, such as already existing hierarchies based on income, property, education, labor, skill, altruism or intellect. If you wanted to be the alfa-male in your class, would you find a way to do so without confronting all the bullies? I don't think so. If you don't like conflicts and fist fights, you have to stay down in the hierarchy. Bullies of course don't always treat women nicely, so if a beta-male has a girlfriend, she won't feel as protected against other men as she would with "the chief bully".
If you created a situation where the most hard working men get the most money, bullies suddenly wouldn't be the most popular guys in the group. If you are on the top, you have sex no matter for what reason you are in your position.
But of course there many factors that can make a woman go against this "privilege of the most dominant man", such as better uprising, higher intellect, being "unordinary", bad experience, etc.
So don't be a defeatist and stop presenting it as a dogmatic fact, exceptions can exist.
