For sure these women abused their positions ...(on other hand one on one sex education might still be considered as a form of tutoring).
I wouldnt be suprised if this type of thing always has happened at some level possibly in past people jus covered it up more.
I heard that back in the day in parts of Europe it wasnt uncommon for some boys around age of 16 to be taken to the local brothel by their Uncle or someone , so its not as if younger guys have only just started having with with older women.
On the other hand its a bit unfair to have a double standard in the school system eg if a 25 yo male teacher is getting it on with 16 yo female student then why should he be treated worse than a 25 yo female teacher that is getting it on with a 16yo male student.

To be honest I would of happily banged many of these rogue hotty female teachers when I was 16.

People make excuses for female sex offenders. "Oh she was probably molested as a child. Oh she probably was just lonely looking for warmth. " She probably wasn't the aggressor, the boy came on to her". All of that could be true for the male teacher who sleeps with a female student. So why the difference? Because she's pretty. Women need to be accountable just as men are accountable. There's always excuses. A woman kills her husband and she claims she was a "battered wife". Okay, well, then maybe some men are battered husbands. We need to stop with the excuses. Just because sexual abuse from a "hot" female teacher wouldn't affect a boy the same way as it would a girl, doesn't make it any less of a crime.
