It's not 91 for Greece. We unironically have 1 million immigrants with an average IQ of 80-82. This literally brings down the average significantly. This survey from Buj at al from 1981 for all of Europe shows the real figures for each European country, with Greece (with the standard error of the mean) being at 101,3 IQ points. And considering the gypsies living there, the ethnic Greeks have an IQ of 103.
In all seriousness, our education system is not for two-digit IQ individuals. Especially in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Ancient Greek.

Anyone who takes Lynn seriously has no knowledge of intelligence quotients. Dudes, you find a person who's claiming that GDP and PISA tests are reliable for IQ testing? I read the link for this year's study by Lynn. He literally persists that these factors are reliable.
But, let's be honest: it's genetics and education, with the latter in a very secondary nature, that shape IQ.

Yes, it does. There is no way it has decreased that much. And we talk about Lynn. He doesn't only include the native populations in each country, but he also includes the non-natives, so as to see if immigration plays any role in IQ reduction.
And as you said, there have been indeed mass changes. Immigration is the biggest. 7-8% of our population is foreigners. And they come from countries with 80-82 IQ range. Greece in 1981 was 99+% Greek. All of our immigration took place from the mid 90s.

Nope, Lynn does not include foreigners for European countries and this was already stated here.
If they were included, UK, France and Germany, Belgium and Netherlands would have much lower scores, but they don't.
Germany and Dutch are in top of Europe, and they have much more immigrants than Greece does. If they were included, their score would be drastically lower.
