Herbal tea is very refreshing and therapeutic. Earl Grey and Lady Grey teas are divine. My mother bought me a beautiful and elegant bone china teacup as a souvenir from one of her trips to St. Petersburg or Bavaria (I forget where she bought it now,) as she insists that tea tastes so much nicer when it's served in a delicate bone china teacup. My grandmother always used a bone china tea-set when serving teas on nice tea-trays. Tea definitely tastes nicer when served in a bone china teacup. Water should always be fresh (I also prefer to use filtered water) and should always be boiling hot. (Coffee is best made with slightly off-the-boil water so not to scald the coffee, but the water must be boiling when making tea, so the tea leaves may thoroughly seep into the water.)

Ahh... and with that it's now time for a nice cup of afternoon tea.
