I’m usually wearing some form of business casual clothing. My preferred clothing style is casual Lolita. It’s not odd to see me in nice dresses etc paired with converses.
I’ve never really been in a situation where the dress code requires more. The idea of it sounds really lovely though.

I'd have no issue in wearing a suit (I think they're uncomfortable though). With a turtleneck ? Sure. Open collar ? Yes. I might consider a loosely tied Ascot but only when it doesn't choke me.
As for the colour scheme: something like this - during autumn (it matches my hair and beard).
Wake up and smell the coffee.

Not a fan. I find it pretentious and I am not into fake/superficial stuff... At the same time I admit it looks good.Anybody else hate dressing up?
Women supposedly like men in suits, that's what matters at the end of the day, no?
