I think that 40% would be a good approximation of Ile de France not all french regions.

I think maghrebis + SSA are something like 12 millions if I recall so it would be more along the lines of 20% range rather than 30% . Still, it's huge as you've said.

AFAIK Bulgaria doesn't get immigrants from the 3rd world.
