Most of the countries don't have logistics as China, so it was the best shot to stop it right there. That's why epidemic outside of China is going to hurt those countries more if it gets wild. Especially third world countries where it will be noted when its late already. Even in Italy it was very lately noted, now imagine Eastern Europe, Balkans or poorer Asian countries.

The problem with this virus is it's very high contagiosity. Also, immunity is very temporary and thus it will be hard to stop the epidemy. Theoretically if a virus confers immunity with time his R0 (reproduction "rate") would fall under 1 and the epidemy would gradually disappear. This is not the case with COVID2019.

All the borders have to be closed and people activities reduced. Only with that we could possibly slow down the epidemy.

It seems that's working in China, even if real numbers are probably way higher I definitely think that having put 500 millions Chinese in quarantine had a very noticeable impact on slowing down the infections.

At the moment, the situation seems to me like this: Federal Reserve System = Windsor bastards = US Democrats = NSDAP = CPSU = United Russia = CCP = (as well as their puppets in all countries and governments) = corporate takeover of the planet’s economy.
Perhaps coronavirus is an attempt to bankrupt this conglomerate of corporations, since a direct civil war in every country is impossible.
