I agree with that. Christianity never took deep root in northern Europe like in other parts. But look where atheism led them - to degeneracy, cultural marxism and soon to be population replacement.

Believe it or not oppression of eastern Europeans under communism had some benefits - less exposure to globalism agenda.
In some places church was neutralised, but in countries like Poland or Croatia church was brutally prosecuted by commies and people held on to religion more due to that.
It was connected to national identity too ofc.
