Through the keto diet, specifically eating 20-25g carbs daily, has helped naturally lowered my blood sugar. It works, and it’s not hard to do. It take a bit to shift your mindset to it, but it’s worth it.
Currently, I’ve raised my carb intake to deal with terrible stomach acid. Without more carbs, I tend to throw up. To make up for this, I calorie count. I’m unfortunately not steady, as my calorie intake varies between 600 - 1300 calories daily, depending on if I feel like eating. I’ve been eating unsweetened applesauce a lot lately because it’s gentle for my tummy.
