I think you account all mixed eye colors as light, otherwise these figures wouldn't make any sense. If you take a random sample of Serbs dark eyes including dark-mixed are in great majority (like 75% or more), but as always religion-based identities do not have any ethnic value: Serbs look like an eastern version of Croats: same phenotypes but in different proportions. Your general assessment on their overall look is correct though:

In clear light Im somewhere on 12-14 but in shadow or darker light I can be a 16 even or 15. What is the best way to know what I am? In which light I need to observe?
