No, not a quadroon. His SSA features are way too strong. Looks like a balanced mulatto at most.

(Just speaking purely Euro-SSA and not triracials or something along those lines
Look at the results of balanced mulattoes. Take in consideration that most of this people aren't perfect ones since there in some native in between (and then you the multigenerational effect we all know about). Still is a good way to have a base.
