I don't think he's Gracile indid.

This is him in 2017 before he blew up and he seems to have a prominent jaw back then which is definately not a Gracile trait.



He might've gotten jaw implants after he became famous, but pretty sure there's no way he would have those back in 2017. Plastic surgery isn't big in India, especially not among the lower/middle classes. And a procedure as "unconventional" as jaw implants is unheard of among the general public.
