Yes. There is really nothing about her that would make me think she isn't Irish if she said she was. She doesn't look foreign for example.

I don't think that old world terms such as Caucasoid race mean much. It's quite obvious how it happens. Isn't your teacher Ashkenazi? Anyway you can always find individuals in populations that can pass but if you post a picture of a larger amount of people it is easier to pick their ethnicity. Jewish people are very diverse anyway and have ancestry from many different populations. A Sephardic Jew would have much less likelihood of passing in European populations for example.
