I've been a runner from 2015 to 2020. I've gained damn 103 kilos in 2015 when i've damaged my ligaments, so I had to do something about it. I've started from walking 12-15 km daily + diet, after reaching 90+ kg level i added running 2-3 times per week, from 1-2 km up to 10 in the late period. I've reached 76 kg in 2018, but it was too much, so i looked like the victim of concentration camp with a nose bigger than my head. I keep on long walks until now, my monthly routine is 200-350 km of walking (depends on season), i used to run 5 km sometimes but it does not make me happy anymore. Long walks are much better.
