Eastern Euros any day of the week. I know many good people from Eastern Europe, plus they integrate well. Latin Americans, are known for their ridiculous high crime rates and the drug trade. Plus they are are much more different culturally to English people, than Eastern Euros, coming from a completely different continent the other side of the world. They are ethnically very different to British people, and are a visible ethnic minority compared to eastern euros in Britain.

From Latin America only Full or predominately Euro people (white and castizos) giving even more preference to those with at least one Spanish parent or two Spanish grandparents (still they should demonstrate to have a zero criminal record).

From eastern Europe, only eastern European natives (no gypsies) and provided that they have zero criminal record. Having some degree/good level of education, or having some capital and being entrepreneurs would be a plus. Limited numbers because Spain must remain very predominately ethnic Spanish for ever and ever.

Zero tolerance to immigration coming from Subsaharan African countries, northern African countries, poorest ant least Euro Latin Americans, or any "refugees" whose only intention is to immigrate to Spain to live from welfare.

True. I was rather talking about Slavs here. Actually, I rather look at the individual. If a person tells me he/she is a Colombian, I won't immediately think 'narco', of course. With Slavs there's also a gradations. Post-Soviet lumpen from Russia who lived through the '80s can be trouble, but Czech, for instance, are not really a group known for getting into such shenanigans.

Colombians can even be fun to be around. In my parents' street live Colombians and they talk to and get along with every neighbour. No uncomfortable atmosphere at least.
