Setos have one, too. Although they must have adopted it only very recently.
That particular flag design is the one I've most often seen used by the more recent proponents of the whole Nordic flag idea. That's indeed a good colour arrangement, though I can't say I have much of a preference as far as it comes to the size of the cross pattern...

Our present flag is perfect, no need to change that. Besides, nordic cross flags are inspired by christianity and thus it wouldn't be proper for a nation that fought crusaders and was enslaved by them to go that far with christian symbolics. The current flag is neutral in that way.
A Danish legend tells the first nordic cross flag, Dannebrog, was born in Estonia during the Battle of Lindanise 1219. I think that's enough of nordic crosses for our country.
