All three look Nordic to me. The first one remembers me of this passage by Carleton Coon describing local Spanish types:
Although his hair looks more like strawberry blond bordering on full-blown ginger instead of golden blond. I've meet some old Spanish descendants in Brazil and this type is not as rare among them as most would expect.the rather small and delicate local variety of Nordic, with exaggerated narrowness of face and nose, pale skin, and golden rather than ashen blondness
