Ridiculous Police Uniform

I bet it's a local joke there too. The Russians are probably in stitches every time they see a copper.

All bloggers including Russians were going crazy about this uniform, because the word is a slang which sounds more in a rude way than just neutral term "homosexual". I heard they were trying to change after many complains and being ridiculed, haven't followed the story though...

I am unsure about professional or not but this costume looks intimidating, and I think that is the goal of police uniforms.. we're supposed to fear the police.

It's a good looking outfit but it is somewhat militaty looking, I think brimmed hats look more civilian orientated.
