Halbrand is Sauron I think. In the Silmarillion it says he for a short amount of time is sorry for his actions in the first age. Before facing the Valar for judgement he flees again tho and hides in Middle Earth-
(this is actually consistent with the Silmarillion)
I could be totally wrong here too.

I wanted to watch it after I watch all the movies again, but I don’t have enough time now(and it sounds weird but I like to watch lotr during the winter :D). So I didn’t read your first posting, who knows maybe it will be ok but I am skeptical, I guess some political motivated influences aren’t avoidable. Everyone knows I am definitely not someone who shares the same political views of many here but I think some apolitical spaces should be preserved in daily life.

I don't recall in Tolkien's work she being a warrior. She was never referenced as having been present at a battle. Women aren't warriors in his world. The chick from Rohan was the exception and she had to hide her gender.
I could be wrong. The last time I picked up anything written by Tolkien was 20 years ago but I don't remember women being warriors except for the exception I noted. I don't recall women being mentioned at battles and Tolkien always let you know who was at a battle.

Galadriel was wife of Celeborn and they ruled South Lindon, this is all what the canon descibes about Galadriel in the Second Age.
In the Silmarillion when Morgoth stole the Silmarils then Fëanor gathered tons of noldor warrior from Valinor to destroy Morgoth and to take back the Silmarils. Galadriel was the only woman among them.
So Tolkien describes the young Galadriel as warrior in the First Age.
