Sounds like Romanian to me, can’t notice any difference but Romanian is the Romance language I understand the least.

    Cheers.

The gentleman in the vid interests me because he is from eastern Serbia.

Seya is right. It's pretty much standard rural Romanian.

it is specifically Banat/Southwestern Romanian, close to standard because standard is a southern variety. they say че/чи instead of те/ти, дже/джи instead of де/ди, ше/ши instead of че/чи..

my mom's Moldovan variety is barely intelligible for non-Moldovans and it's inside Romania, so it's mindblowing they speak such Romanian in Serbia, though I know Timok is traditionally Vlach. same with my dad's Ukrainian: several Ukrainians told me Ukrainians in Romania speak the purest non-Russified best sounding Ukrainian they've heard, so it seems these inversions happen (they are dying dialects though, I suppose)

    Thank you for the reply.

    Re: Central Serbia:

Apparently there are also communties where more Wallachian influenced dialects are spoken, but Banat varieties dominate.

I'll find a vid of Romance speakers from North Macedonia. I'm curious how different from Timockan it will sound to you?

    Wiki on Serbia:

The ungureni have a speech closely related to the Banat Romanian dialect while the dialect of the țărani is closer to the Wallachian one. Dialectally, there are two other groups of Vlachs, the munteni and the bufani, but these are largely assimilated into the former two.
