I live in what is still one of the whitest cities in the UK (though of course only relatively so - it is far more multiracial/multi-ethnic than when I moved here over two decades ago).
Nowadays, I'd say that 98% of food deliverers I see on their bikes are foreigners, be they Eastern Europeans, Africans, Middle Easterners or South Asians. Furthermore, a very high percentage of people working in takeaways, corner shops, petrol stations and to a lesser extent restaurants are foreigners (mostly but not exclusively South Asians). And while the GPs here are still mainly White British, in the hospitals I'd estimate that 20-30% of the nurses and 40-50% of the doctors are of foreign extraction (Indians, Filipinos and Nigerians in particular among the former, and Indians, Egyptians and Chinese in particular among the latter).
