Probably yoga; but I've been very interested in some Taoist exercises I've seen on tik tok; although I'm now practicing facial fitness.

Ive done more Tai Chi than Yoga, but not recently.
Its been so long I mix up Tai Chi forms with Wing Chun Kung Fu forms.
